Hi Mr Masud! I have a question for you. I want to ask you about a sprint. Is it like the prepare phase for release?

Sprint : is one of the main part of agile scrum. normally we do a sprint of duration 2 or 3 weeks and we pick some ( example :5) features. and on that sprint we totally complete ((Development + testing)) those features.

Normally as a QC engineer you have to log any issue or bug you see in the application. but you need to set priority for them. example: highest, high, medium. low. very low. When you will read the specification document of any application then you will realize roughly how much time you need for test that application. actually you will estimation testing hour on each feature you need to test.

When will we conduct an inspection review meeting, Mr? At begin requirement phase or when we have many problems need to discuss?

Inspection review is very important. We do on each project after finishing each sprints. and we call that sprints re-perspective meeting. On this meeting we find out what things we did well and what we have to do better in future. Even clients also join on this meeting and give their feedback.
